- F-4 visa holders must apply on their own. 

The application link and service fee differ depending on the student’s program. Please make sure to use the correct link.

- Processing time could be changed depending on the schedule of the immigration office.

- Expected dates & location of fingerprint registration and ARC distribution: Global Lounge, Baekyang Nuri (Sinchon Campus), date will be announced once decided.

- It is mandatory for all foreign students to apply for the Alien Registration Card within 90 days from their arrival date.

- If you leave Korea before receiving your ARC, your D-2 will be cancelled.

- All application procedures and requests for additional documents will be notified by email. Please provide a valid and frequently checked email address.

학부·대학원 학위과정생, 교환학생 및 방문학생

- 환율 및 대행 수수료 등에 따라 추가 비용이 발생할 수 있음

- 대한민국에 입국하였거나 입국 예정인 자에 한하여 신청 가능

- 체류자격 F-4(재외동포) 소지자는 신청 불가하며 개별 신청 필요

학위과정생과 교환·방문학생은 신청 링크 및 이용 금액이 다르므로, 반드시 본인의 학생 구분에 맞는 링크를 이용하시기 바랍니다.

※ 과정별 이용 금액, 제출서류 및 세부 신청 절차는 각 신청 페이지에서 확인하시기 바랍니다.

- 모든 일정은 출입국사무소 처리 일정에 따라 변경될 수 있음 

- 지문 등록 및 외국인등록증(ARC) 배부: 백양누리 글로벌라운지(신촌캠퍼스)에서 진행 예정이며, 정확한 일정은 추후 안내 예정

- 모든 외국인 유학생은 D-2(유학) 사증으로 대한민국에 입국한 날부터 90일 이내에 반드시 외국인등록을 신청해야 함.

- 외국인등록증 수령 전 대한민국 출국 시 기존 D-2 (유학) 사증의 효력은 상실됨.

本科及研究生(学位课程学生)、交换生及访问学生

- 根据汇率及代理手续费等，可能会产生额外费用。

- 仅限已经入境或计划入境韩国的学生申请。

- 持有F-4（在外同胞）滞留资格者不可使用本服务，须自行办理。

学位课程的本科/研究生与交换生/访问学生的申请链接及服务费用不同， 请务必根据本人的学生身份使用相应链接。

- 根据出入境管理事务所的处理进度，可能会有所变动

- 指纹登录及外国人登记证发放场所 : 白杨广场 Global Lounge（新村校区），详细内容将另行公告

- 所有外国留学生必须凭D-2（留学）签证入境，并于入境后90天内申请外国人登记

- 领取外国人登记证前离开韩国，留学生原持有的D-2（留学）签证将自动失效

手续费 : 75,000韩元
