[Yonsei GOSC] 2026 Yonsei Job Fair Visa Consultation Booth /
2026 연세취업박람회 외국인 유학생 비자 상담 부스 안내The Global One-Stop Service Center (GOSC) and the Seoul Global Center will operate a Visa Consultation Booth for international students during the 2026 Yonsei Job Fair.
International students can receive a 20-minute 1:1 consultation with a visa expert regarding visa extension and change, employment visas, residency status, required documents, application procedures, and other visa-related matters.
글로벌원스톱서비스센터(GOSC)는 서울글로벌센터와 함께 2026 연세취업박람회 기간 중 외국인 유학생을 위한 비자 상담 부스를 운영합니다.
비자 연장 및 변경, 취업비자, 체류자격, 필요 서류 및 신청 절차 등 비자와 관련된 궁금한 사항에 대해 전문가와 1:1로 20분간 상담받을 수 있으니 관심 있는 외국인 유학생 여러분의 많은 참여 바랍니다.
1. Program Information / 프로그램 안내
Date & Time / 일시 September 4 (Fri.), 2026, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM 2026. 9. 4.(금) 10:00–17:00
Location / 장소 Baekyangnuri Grand Ballroom, Booth B40 백양누리 그랜드볼룸 B40 부스
Eligibility / 대상 International students currently enrolled at Yonsei University 본교 재학 중인 외국인 유학생
Consultation Time / 상담시간 20 minutes per person / 1인당 20분
Languages / 상담언어 Korean / English / 한국어 / 영어
2. Consultation Topics / 주요 상담 내용
• Visa Extension & Change (D-2, D-10, D-4, etc.) / 비자 연장 및 변경
• Employment Visa (E-7) & Other Visa Inquiries / 취업비자(E-7) 및 기타 비자 관련 문의
• Residency Status, Document Preparation & Application Procedures / 체류자격, 서류 준비 및 신청 절차
• Other Individual Visa-related Questions / 기타 개인별 비자 관련 문의
3. How to Apply / 신청 방법
Pre-registration Required / 사전 신청 필수Complete BOTH Step 1 and Step 2아래 1단계와 2단계를 모두 완료해 주세요.Please access the registration page below and follow the instructions to complete your registration.

Click here to Pre-register / 사전 신청 바로가기STEP 1. Select Your Time Slot / 1단계: 상담시간 선택
Select one available consultation time slot on the reservation sheet and enter your Name and Major in the selected slot.
Each student may reserve only one time slot.
예약표에서 상담 가능한 시간을 선택한 후 해당 시간에 이름과 학과/전공을 기입해 주세요.
1인당 한 번만 상담 시간을 예약할 수 있습니다.
STEP 2. Complete the Consultation Form / 2단계: 상담 신청서 작성
After selecting your consultation time, please complete and submit the Visa Consultation Form.
Please provide your basic information and briefly describe the visa-related topic or question you would like to discuss so that the consultant can review your inquiry in advance.
상담시간을 선택한 후, 비자 상담 신청서(Visa Consultation Form)를 작성하여 제출해 주세요.
기본정보와 함께 상담받고 싶은 비자 관련 문의사항을 구체적으로 작성해 주시기 바랍니다.
▲ Please Note / 유의사항
Your reservation will be confirmed only after completing BOTH Step 1 and Step 2. Selecting a consultation time alone does not complete your registration.
상담시간 선택(Step 1)과 상담 신청서 제출(Step 2)을 모두 완료해야 최종 신청이 확정됩니다. 상담시간만 선택한 경우 신청이 완료되지 않습니다.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration may close early once all consultation time slots are filled.
선착순으로 접수되며, 모든 상담시간 예약 완료 시 신청이 조기 마감될 수 있습니다.
