Study Group Recruitment

A "study group" refers to a voluntary learning community where students enrolled in the same course come together and study together throughout the semester.

◆ Eligibility:Undergraduate students currently enrolled in the same course*
*Courses with 0–2 credits are not eligible for application.

◆ Application Period: February 27, 2025 (Thu) – March 16, 2025 (Sun)

◆ Application Method: Apply as a team (3–5 members per team / One person can participate in only one team)
Students enrolled in the same course this semester should form a team of 3–5 members. After forming the team, all members must discuss and complete the application documents*, and the team leader must submit them through the Career Yonsei portal.
*Documents to submit: Study Plan, Consent for Collection and Use of Personal Information and Provision to Third Parties.

◆ How to Apply:

Go to the Career Yonsei system and log in: "Login" > "비교" > "학습공동" > "모집공고"> 2025-1학기] 스터디그룹 ‘신청하기’ > ‘학습계획서’ 입력 및 ‘동의서’ 파일 첨부

Fill out the Study Plan and upload all the forms needed.

◆ Selection Notice:March 24, 2025 (Mon), 18:00
*After reviewing the submitted documents, the final selected teams will be notified via email registered on the academic portal.
*If any errors are found in the submitted documents, the selection may be canceled.

◆ Activity Period:March 24, 2025 (Mon) – June 23, 2025 (Mon)

◆ Activity Method:

Face-to-face activities are encouraged.

The study group must hold at least 6 sessions, in total at least 12 hours, focusing on the course material, and complete required activities by the last day of the semester (June 23).

*Required activities: Attend the orientation (video), submit a web activity log, and submit mid-term and final reports.

◆ Support Provided:

Participants who meet the program requirements will receive a reward of approximately 30,000 KRW in the form of a gift card or product.

Digital badges will be issued to students who complete the program.

Free room booking: 3 rooms in the Baekyang Nuri M-floor tutoring rooms.

◆ Other Notes:

Students who fail to meet the mandatory requirements or do not participate seriously will lose all benefits and may be restricted from future participation in the program.

If activities are suspended after the orientation, students must submit a cancellation notice to the center.
