Smartphone Switching Experience Study

Research Participation (Between Oct 20th ~ Nov 8th; TBD) @HRC (179, Bongeunsa-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)

Incentives: 600,000 WON (8.8% Tax will be deducted) 

- You must participate in all sessions without a no-show or missing . 

*Must have a valid ARC (not expired) and a Korean bank account to receive the incentives. 

- If you know someone else who might be interested in participating, please do! If the person is invited and completes, you will receive 50,000WON for the referral. 

Qualifications: 

- North American Expatriates (US & Canada) 

- "AND" iPhone 14 Series Users (14 / 14Plus / 14 Pro / 14 ProMax) or iPhone 13 Series Users 

- "AND" who are willing to switch their phone to an Android smartphone during the study 

(We will provide the Android device to you, and you should return the device when this study is completed) 

Notices: - You will be REQUIRED to use the Android phone as your primary device and give us feedback. - This research includes Transplanting SIM card and data from your iPhone to the Android smartphone. - Imagine this will be like you purchasing a brand new phone! 

Research Overview [Detailed] 

Research Method: Offline Orientation, Group Interviews, Home Task 

Location & Time: 

1. Oct 20th (Fri): Research Orientation @HRC Office (60min) *Schedule can be adjusted ** Feel free to contact Julyien Kim: 010-9319-3520 

2. Oct 21st (Sat) ~ 22nd (Sun): Smartphone Switching Homework (iPhone->Android switch). 

3. Oct 26th (Thu) ~ Oct 27th (Fri): Group Interview @HRC Office (120min) *You may be invited to only one session during 26th & 27th, 3PM or 7PM 

4. Oct 27th (Fri) ~ Nov 2nd (Thu): Homework @Your Sweet Home - Complete tasks and write short diary (about 30min/day) 

5. Nov 8th (Wed): Group Interview @HRC Office (180min) **We also added an alternate option for Group Interview on Nov. 05, Sunday.** 

*HRC located near Eonju station (Subway Line 9), Gangnam-gu, Seoul; **All offline sessions will be held in the afternoon and evening
