1. Qualification for Application

Dismissed Students

- due to failure to complete their enrollment during the designated period

- due to failure to return after the allowed leave of absence period expires

- due to academic warnings and 2 years or more have passed since dismissal date

- due to exceedinig the maximum semester limit

- voluntary withdrawal

2. Application Unit

A few number from all majors except for Education, Physical Education and Pharmacy

3. Re-admission Procedures (Document Screening)

- 1st Screeing: Office of Academic Affairs Review

- 2nd Screening: College Review Committee (College/Major Department Review)

- 3rd Screeing: Re-admission Committee Review

Application Period: November 25(Mon) ~ December 6(Fri) 9:00am ~ 5:00pm

• - 因未在指定期间内完成注册而被开除的学生
• - 因休学期满后未返校而被开除的学生
• - 因学业警告被开除，且自开除日起已满两年
• - 因超出最长学期限制而被开除的学生
• - 自愿退学的学生
• 
  

2. 2. 申请单位

• 除教育学院、体育学院及药学院以外的所有专业(有限名额)

4. 3. 复学程序（文件审核）

• - 第一次审核：教务处审核
• - 第二次审核：学院审核委员会（学院/专业系审核）
• - 第三次审核：复学委员会审核

4. 申请时间：11月25日（周一）至12月6日（周五），上午9:00至下午5:00
